Bewitchin’ Projects Block Party {30}

Welcome to the Bewitchin’ Projects Link Party

Hello everyone!  It’s so great to have you here!!!

This link party is a lovely way to share what you have been up to lately and to check out the incredible creations of others.  Our party is hosted by several different bloggers (me included) and starts every Sunday at 6am EST and runs until Wednesday night.  Feel free to link up your DIY projects, gardening and travel tips, recipes and more.  Each week I will choose several of my favourite links and creations to feature the next week so be sure to check back to see if you have been featured!

It’s Party time again in my happy little spot so come on in and Bewitch US and thanks for stopping by!

Here’s what I’ve been up to this week…

This was one of those weeks where painting and blogging took a back seat to the rest of my life.  This little guy had surgery at the beginning of the week so the week was filled with watching, waiting and happiness now that he is on the mend.  dog tipping his headNow let’s see what YOU have been up to this past week!

You are so welcome to our Party, hope you have lots of fun!

The coming of Spring always makes me want to tear open the windows and let the fresh breeze waft through the house.  I think the rebirth of the earth outside after a long winter always makes me want to redecorate my home on the inside as well.
My Features this week all inspired me to add some springy, vintagy touches to my home as I bring Spring inside.

I have been falling in love with vintage fabrics more and more lately and have picked up a few on my journeys.  This collection of ideas has completely inspired me to sew up a few “new” things for my home.  3.-patchwork-curtain15 Cute ways to Repurpose Vintage Linens by the seasoned homemaker

It’s no secret that I love to read as well as pick up old books when I see them.  The muted colours… The beautiful yellowing pages… I love to use books not only to decorate but for photo shoots as well.  Such a lovely, and usually inexpensive way, to add some character to a room. spring-decorating-ideas-15How to Use Books in Your Home Decor by the Summery Umbrella

How cute are these paint dipped utensils?  What a pretty way to add a little pop of colour to your kitchen!
