What Fills Your Bucket?

No matter who you are or what your circumstances are, we all need to refill our “buckets”. We need to take time to recharge and be inspired. Those things do the spirit good and benefit us in more ways than we can even imagine.

We have become a society that says more work is better and being busy is good. It can really drain on you though… especially when you add a world crisis on top of it. yellow flowers on a dock

I know for myself, I don’t do enough bucket filling. I don’t take enough breaks where I turn off the noise and do things that fill my bucket and recharge me. I need to do better at this and I have a feeling some of you do as well.

What is it that recharges your battery or refills your bucket?
How often do you make time to do it?

I hope that you can find some time this summer to do things that refill your bucket.
We can all use a little refill!

Great post Lisa! I most definitely do not take enough time to fill my bucket. But I can say that most mornings I sit on my patio with my coffee, my journal and my Bible. That always fills my bucket even if I only have a few minutes 😊

Thanks so much, Cindy and that is the perfect way to fill your bucket πŸ™‚ What a wonderful way to start your day! Even doing those little things each day help to recharge us… I know they do for me.
