I recently made the decorations for a very special 80th birthday party for a wonderful woman. The only requests for the decorations were flowers and bright colours 🙂 The client’s budget was going mostly for food but there was a little for decorations for the special party. With the limited budget it took some creativity but I was able to make all of the decorations for only $20! The banner and flowers added some beautifully bright colour to an otherwise dark room.

A little Plaster of Paris holds the flowers perfectly in place and weights
the vases down so they don’t get tipped over during the party 🙂
